England is available to some adaptability on the system that would enable Northern Ireland legislators to choose whether it stays in administrative arrangement with the European Association as set out in England's most recent Brexit bargain recommendations, Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay said on Sunday.
"The key issue is the guideline of assent, that is the reason the screen was dismissed multiple times, that was the worry as far as the two sides in Northern Ireland not favoring of the fence," Barclay told the BBC's Andrew Marr on Sunday.
"So the key is the rule of assent, presently obviously in the instrument, as a component of the escalated dealings we could take a gander at that and talk about that."
